Privacy policy
1. Who we are
Monaztudio is a trade name of Monaz Studio LLC ("Monaztudio", "we"). This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit monaztudio.com or contact us, and what rights you have. For any privacy question, write to info@monaztudio.com.
2. Data we collect
Data you give us: when you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company name (if provided) and the content of your message.
Technical data: our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data needed to serve and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type and request logs.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to reply to your messages, prepare proposals you request, maintain the business relationship if we work together, and keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not use the information you send us to train artificial intelligence models.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (when you send us a message), on pre-contractual steps you request, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
5. Who we share your data with
Only with providers that help us operate, such as Cloudflare (hosting, security and email delivery) and our email provider, under agreements that require them to protect your information. We may also share it when required by law or a competent authority.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data in different countries. When that happens, we seek appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for no more than 24 months after the last contact, unless a business relationship or a legal obligation requires longer.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@monaztudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access to information.
10. Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Any change will be posted on this page with its new update date.
